Ten pure signs he is in love with you

It’s always an amazing feeling when the guy we love actually loves us back. When we’re not sure about his love, though, it’s a pretty awful feeling! So how do we find out?

“I think he likes me. But I’m just not sure. What do you think?”

How many times have you said this to a friend? Even if you’ve only said it once, you’ll know what a roller coaster of emotions you felt. Not knowing basically means that you’re in limbo. You really really want him to love you, but since he hasn’t said anything you just don’t know.

Some people are really slow to reveal their feelings. He might be giving you all the signs, but either out of a fear of rejection or something else, he isn’t opening his mouth.

But there are also instances when he’s giving you mixed feelings and the likelihood is that he just hasn’t fallen in love with you.

URGH! It’s a total nightmare.

5 Easy ways to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy

When a woman is pregnant, a lot of changes happen to her body. One of such changes is the appearance of stretch marks. For some women, it is only when they are pregnant these marks appear while for others they don’t have to be pregnant.

Although stretch marks are very easy to get, they are not difficult to get rid of. The only thing women fear is the stigma, especially from men. Some men say that they dislike stretch marks.

Whatever the case may be, Jumia Travel, the leading online travel agency, shares 5 ways to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy.

Keep your body hydrated

Your body needs to be hydrated for maximum skin elasticity. Skin elasticity is the skin’s ability to stretch and then go back to normal. So, drinking between 8 and 12 cups of water daily can help skin elasticity and thus prevent these stretch marks. Generally, it is not good for pregnant women to be dehydrated.

Use moisturizers and creams

How to deal with suicidal thoughts

Many persons have countless times had suicidal thoughts at some point of their lives.

I personally believe its no defect, and it doesn’t mean that you are crazy, or weak, or a mistake. It is an obvious indication  that you are bearing more (pain) than you can cope with right now. That type of pain which seems overwhelming and wont go. The truth is,its for the moment and with time and support, you can overcome the weight, pain and all strange feelings.

Step #1:Wait, Just Dont Act Now

You may be going through a lot of pain right now,and no one may seem to know or care.Make the effort to distance between thoughts and an action.

Say to self: “I will wait for a while (say 24 hours, some days or a week) and won’t do anything drastic during that time.”

'Koobi' being preserved with cancer-causing formalin - Prof Frimpong-Boateng

Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng, Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation has asked traders to stop using formalin to preserve food items since it was dangerous to human health.

He said formalin was being used particularly to preserve “koobi,” dried tilapia, and that was a recipe to cause cancer in people.

According to him, formalin, which is a chemical used to stop dead bodies from rotting, is also being used by traders to preserve the fish; thus making it stiff, have a rubbery feel, clear eyes, red gills, and take away its odour as well as drive away flies.

Formalin is a colourless strong-smelling chemical substance usually used in industry of textiles, plastics, papers, paint, construction, and well known to preserve human corpse.

How to win a woman's attention

If you are the type of guy to go out to bars, clubs and other venues in search of a date, it is important to know how to attract a woman's attention. However, you probably aren't the only man who is going to be there with hopes of finding a date.

Therefore, strive to make yourself stand out from the other men. Help the women feel like they should choose you over everyone else. All you need to do is make some small changes to gain women's attention.

Dress to impress the girls: Wear a nice shirt and pants rather than a worn T-shirt and jeans. Make sure your hair is neat and you are freshly shaved. If you wear a beard or mustache, trim it neatly. Women like a man who takes care of himself and makes an effort to look nice.

Give off an air of confidence: Keep your posture straight: back straight, shoulders back, chest out, stomach in. Walk with a purpose. Avoid slouching and looking down. Keep your eyes moving around the room.

Jordan has suspended the recruitment of domestic helpers from Ghana for public safety reasons after some of the workers tested positive for HIV/AIDS, the Jordan times reported on Monday.

According to the Hatem Azrui, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Health for Jordan, the decision is aimed at preserving the health of the public and households that hire domestic helpers from Ghana.

Jordan’s Health Ministry stated that around 30 Ghanaian domestic helpers tested positive for HIV in the first seven months of 2016.

The Ghanaian domestic helpers with HIV are between the ages of 20 and 40.

“They were tested in Ghana before coming to Jordan. They brought health certificates with them proving that they are free from HIV and other diseases, but we conducted our own tests to make sure,” Azrui said.

Ghanaian Women Now Using Cement To Bleach

In their quest to change the pigment of their black colour to that of white, Ghanaian women now resort to using cement to bleach their skin.

This was revealed by Director, Chief Physician and Consultant Dermatologist of Rabito Clinic, Professor Edmund Delle, in an interview with Today.

According to him, people mix all kinds of chemicals with cement and pepsodent to whiten their skin.

He said even though the bleaching process has been known for thousands of years, chemicals currently used was as a result of work of several of 18th century scientists.

Prof. Delle noted that chlorine is the basis for the most commonly used bleaches.

He stated that bleaches are household chemicals to whiten clothes and remove stains and as disinfectants, primarily in the bathroom and kitchen, which have strong bactericidal properties.

10 Things Guys Think When You Don't Text Them Back

1. She better be dead. This is a horrible thing to wish upon someone, but admit it, you've thought it when someone didn't text you back. There are only a handful of reasons that excuse you from being a shitty person, and all of them involve personal tragedy. Being dead is a pretty good reason to not shoot back an "lmao" text.
2. Don't send a follow-up text ... don't send a follow-up text ... don't send a follow-up text. This becomes a mantra. You don't want to be that person who just starts trying to stretch the conversation out by sending sparse half-sentences every few hours until your chat history is just a one-sided timestamp graveyard.

Today Is NO BRA Day!!!

According to the Internet, today is #'No Bra Day' - a day to raise breast cancer awareness and show support for all women affected.

With October being Breast Cancer Awareness month, the hashtag is meant to inspire and motivate all bra wearers to ditch the lingerie for a day and go bra-less.

Plus it's unclear what the actual goal of going bra-less is.

There's no mention of fund-raising or backing by any breast cancer charities, and sparse information on self-examination.

In fact, a look at Twitter implies it's more of a platform to get pictures of women's breasts, which got mixed reactions from fans, naysayers and participants.
